About Shaun

Shaun’s career began in finance and corporate leadership. By 23, he was Finance Manager at a multibillion-dollar global trade finance company, working closely with owner-managed businesses and gaining a clear view of what helps organisations perform under pressure.

He then moved into entrepreneurship, building, scaling and advising businesses across consultancy, property and investment. Seeing both the numbers and the people behind them led him to develop a practical approach to growth: the 5M’s Growth Framework, supported by a clear focus on People, Processes and Systems.
